Refund and Exchange Policy
Our policy on refunds and exchanges is valid for a period of 7 days. After 7 days have elapsed since
the delivery of the bag, we are unable to issue a complete refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It should also be
unused.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and examining your returned item, we will email you to inform you that we have
received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or
denied.
Should your request be approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically
applied to your original payment method, within a specified timeframe, or a new item will be
provided.
Delayed or Unprocessed Refunds
If you have not received your refund even after we have confirmed receipt, please check your bank
account once more.
Should this not resolve the issue, reach out to your credit card provider or, if necessary, it may take
some time for your refund to be officially processed.

Exchange Requests
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same one, please send us an email at taschebags14@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the bag.
